Appointments are very important to us at Esthetique on Whitney, it is a time reserved especially for you. We do our best to be mindful of both your time and ours.

We understand that sometimes schedule adjustments are necessary and therefore,

we respectfully request at least 24 hours notice for cancellations.

 

Any appointment cancelled with less than 24 hours notice or "No Show"

will be charged 50% of the services booked.

Please understand that when you cancel or forget your appointments without giving

enough notice, we miss the opportunity to fill that appointment time.

This allows us to keep our schedules filled and better service our clients.
